HMI with touch keypad LCD screen for fault message display, parameter setting and shift wise production data display for productivity and machine down time analysing  
Auto tuned digital smart PID temperature controllers with solid state switching modules for heaters to ensure accurate process control along with energy savings  
Use of variable frequency drive along with main drive and fail safe braking system
Use of low voltage, short circuit proof DC supply from SMPS as source to control the machine, protect and eliminate any effects on plants power functions and accidentals malfunction
