We designs and manufactures more than 30 types of BOP Control System which are used to control Bop, Hydraulic Choke and Kill Lines and dispensable equipment for blowout prevention during or refurnishing well in oil and gas industry. Our Bop Control system are manufactured and inspaected in accordance with China National Standard
SY/T 5053.2-2007 and API Spec, 16D.

Features:
System equiped with two pump groups, namely the electric pumps with different flow rate and the air operated oil pumps to ensure system works normally in the case of power failure.

Meet the requirement of closing all Bop stacks and opening hydraulic valve and in the event that any accumulator fails. The total liquid loss will not exceed 25%

Pressure of annular preventer circuit in accumulator may be adjusted by remote air-operated regulation.

Control manifold of the remote control panel is equipped with an orifice as an inlet of the pressure souce

System can be provided with an alarm device that monitors the accumulator pressure, air supply pressure and liquid level in the oil tank.

System can be equipped with auxiliary control panel that is air-operated, electric heating device for oil tank.
