Super Td Pu Outsider Panel

Super TD PU Outsider Panel is developed specially for the air distribution in HVAC applications. Polyurethane foam panel with 52 A 2 Kg/m3 density, 20 mm thickness, coated with 200 micron aluminium galvanized color steel plate on one side and 80-micron thick aluminium foil on the other. The aluminium foil is with a layer of corrosion-resistant polyester paint. The Gum Skin waterproof coating and the 200 micron thickness of the external aluminium coating, gives an extraordinary rigidity and mechanical resistance against accidental damages which makes panels suitable for outdoor installations.

We got the certificate for our PU Panel in Australia; it is approved by third party in Australia as per AS/NZS 1530.3-1999.the methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures - Simultaneous determination of ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release. We are manufacturing based on it.
