Operation:
There wet electrode is placed in the "V" Block and it is to be rotated with a little pressure. The Flux is removed from electrode at the point of V-Block and the electrode will rotate with core wire. The Flux Coating around the core wire is magnified and projected on the screen. When the electrode is rotated the eccentricity is observed and accordingly the Extrusion Machine can be adjusted.
