This vertical pressurized Mill consists of hardened and hard chromed SS shell with discs supported with the shafts rotating at high RPM. Mechanical variator with the motor and the pump is interconnected together. The speed can be controlled with the mechanical variator. Customers requiring AC frequency inverters are also given along with the machine which helps in monitoring flow output from the outlet of the vessel. Initially the pre mixed material either from the single shaft disperser or twin shaft disperser is connected to the pump of the super flowing fine mill and by adding the grinding media either glass beads, zirconium silicate, zirconium oxide, yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide or steel shots the material can be grinded to excellent fineness. The throughput is so fast that you can achieve 1 Ltr to 10 Ltrs per minute in single pass or in multiple passes. The pigments which are strong to grind like blue, violet, etc. require more passes for excellent grinding. The shell, pipelines have to be cleaned thoroughly when you change the color. Due to excellent grinding achieved with more output you can save in the pigmentation and also due to the complete sealed and closed chamber the solvent losses are reduced to the minimum thus reducing the usage of the solvent which are wasted in open type sand mills. The jacket provided has special designed baffles for excellent intensive cooling to be given from the cooling plant. For some processes you may require to heat the jacket by hot water. Gap separator design or with mechanical seal design are available.
