The pre dispersed thoroughly mixed material from the disperser drum is connected to the pump of this Horizontal Super Flowing Fine Mill and through variator the speed is optimized to achieve the best throughput and fineness.With the charge grinding media in the mill upto 70-85% in the mill the grinding quality and the fineness can be achieved less than 2 microns. Pigment to pigment and depending on the viscosities which should have a consistency easily flow able the machine can be operated with single pass or multiple passes. Titanium Oxide white paints and printing inks can be grinded in single pass easily. Polyurethane paints and coatings can be easily made in this machine with excellent finish and ultrafine grinding.Single pass or Multiple passes can be given to this machine. Some pigments require just one pass and some pigments like blue require multiple passes for fineness.

zirconium oxide/yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide/zirconium silicate/glass beads/steel balls can be used for grinding.
Grinding media of sizes minimum 0.8mm-1.2mm,1.2mm-1.5mm,1.5-2mm can easily be used in this machine
