This instrument has been specially developed and constructed for monitoring for BL excitation system of turbo generator.
It involves synchronizing the flashing rate with the speed of the generator so that a completely stationary image is produced.
The built-in-periodicity adjustment (forward and reverse motion) enables the timing of the operation to be rearranged.
