These Tractor Driven Straw Reaper manufactured by us is used for cutting stub ends of wheat crop left in the fields after cutting by Combine Harvester, which simultaneously cuts these remnants into small pieces to make straw (chaff) which is be used as cattle feed. Its outer pipe is attached to tractor trolley covered with net to collect the chaff. It can make 10 to 15 trolleys of straw per day. It also collects and cuts the straw thrown out by combine in the field.
At the same time it collects the grains left in the field while cutting with combine and store them in the tray mounted at its bottom having the capacity of about 40 kg. It can cut stub ends 50 mm above ground level and make straw of different sizes with the help of adjustable concave as per requirement of customer. It can be operated with minimum 45 HP tractor. Its main components are cutter bar, main drum, guide drum, blower, outer pipe, oscillating sieve, etc.
