Straight-cut Machine

Following are the Main Characteristics of Straight-Cut Machine :-
Special designed for the production of straightened and cut-off rods, high speed and high output: maximum speed can be up to 130 m/min.
High precision: cut-to-length tolerance a A 1mm.
High linearity: straightened linearity a 2mm/m.
Automatic length measuring driven by servo motor is available if required. Different length can be processed continuously without stop the machine, furthermore no need to stop the processing while adjusting the length.
Temporary collecting unit will open and store some quantity bars while the operator distributes the straightened bars from the collection pocket, the machine can keep operating.
Aligning device can align the straightened bars together, easy to collection and distribution.
Low malfunction rate.
