We are offering our customers a wide range of Stirrup Bender 12S, which are available following Specifications :-
Material storage system: 2 payoffs with brakes, suitable for single and double wire, buffer unit can reduce the resistance and instability during the process of decoiling.
Straightening system: one horizontal straightening unit and one vertical straightening unit
Wire pulling system: 4 traction rolls drove by servo motor; ensures wire reach good straightening effect.
Bending and cutting system: bending shaft driven by servo motor can be controlled for different bending angles; cutting works after bending.
Control system: CNC control is used, and PLC, servo motor and electric components are international brand.
Different shapes can be processed continuously without stop, and the bending angle adjustment can be done on processing.
