Foil charger produces single polarity charge in the electrode. The high voltage on the electrode produces Ions to charge the surface of the film. It is used for charging BOPP / Polystyrene/ PP foil material to enable them to stick to mould. Customers can easily avail this from the market at pocket friendly prices.


PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

The surrounding atmosphere is ionised by applying high voltage on a sharp point in the electrode. The air breaks into positive ions. The positive ions generated, chargers the foil placed on an aluminum grounded plate. This charged foil is attracted to the mould which is at ground level.
