Type introduction
IDMTM PipeTailor series intersection cutting machine is an excellent model. Its main feature is that the model adopts a cantilever structure. And the torch can travel along the X direction on the track, and adjust the height (manual) according to the diameter size.
The cut pipe is installed on the jaw self-centering chuck of machine which matched with self-centering clamping bracket. In the front and end of the chuck respectively match with the auxiliary trays. In order to accommodate small diameter pipe cutting, it specially equips with two sets of brackets (can be moved on the track)to accommodate the longer pipe cutting.
For the equipment of horizontal structure, the torch can travel on the track in X direction along with slide, and adjust the height according to the diameter size. The cut pipe is installed on the jaw self-centering chuck of machine which matched with self-centering clamping bracket to accommodate changes in pipe diameter, length and cutting positions.
