Steam Heater - Thick Copper Joint-less Boiler With Central Tube Mechanism | High-pressure Steam Accumulation And Safe Outlet Control

Fostered with our enriched domain experience, we are engaged in exporting, manufacturing and supplying of Steam Heater in Delhi, India. The unit consists of a cylindrical Copper boiler with an inlet close to the top on one side, and outlet close to the bottom on the other. The unit also has a central tube which has a diagonally cut cross-section close to its base (aligned with the steam outlet port), such that when the shorter end of the cross-section aligns with the outlet port, the outlet is opened. In all other positions the outlet remains closed.

Steam is allowed to the boiler through the inlet port while the outlet port is kept closed using the central tube. As steam accumulates, the pressure inside the boiler increases and hence its temperature increases. This heated steam is allowed to exit through the outlet port by aligning the central tube.
Thick Copper joint-less pot is used. The body is provided with a steam outlet tube to prevent scalding.
