For maximum holding a component should be in direct contact with both north and south major magnetic poles. Maximum effective holding is only achieved by direct contact with an equal area of north and south poles with minimum possible area over non-magnetic gap material. These are also operated on 2 coils system connected is series. These are special chucks suitable for operation of small or thin components. These are also energized with multi energetic coils of 45mm pole pitch. Each pole is again subdivided by fine lamination of 5mm to 6mm thick dead mild steel poles with 1 to 1-2 mm. Brass separation to form 3 to 4 pole pitch. Here the magnetic power is more uniform compared to the conventional types.

Rectifiers: As per the new development a suitable Rectifier can be supplied at an extra cost, constructed as per our design operating on 220/230 Volts A.C. 50 Cycles, single phase supply to feed the Electromagnetic Chucks with either 110V or 220V DC and 1/1.5 Amps. Current DC, supply as required equipped with miniature circuit breaker on primary side, fuses on the secondary side and a demagnetizing switch so as to remove the residual magnetism.
