These Stability Chambers are designed as per ICH guidelines and are manufactured to comply requirements in the industries. Stability Testing is an integral part of formulation development. It helps to generate information,which permits well-considered proposals to be made for the shelf life of drug substances and products and recommended storage condition. Stability data are required to be submitted as a part of the dossier submitted to the regulatory agencies for licensing approvals.

Humidity Accuracy : A 2% RH
Humidity Uniformity : A 3% RH
As per ICH guidelines to control following conditions :-
At 25A C : RH = 60%
At 30A C : RH = 65%
At 40A C : RH = 75%

Inside S.S. 304 with mirror polish & outside mild steel powder coated.

GMP MODEL
Inside S.S. 316 with mirror polish & outside stainless steel 304 with dull buff finish

These Stability Chambers are made of double walled construction with triple backside. Full view inner acrylic door & front door with gasket & lock. Motorized blower is fitted on the back side for uniform temperature & humidity. 3a thick PUF insulation to ensure stable temp. with humidity. The unit is provided with adjustable stainless steel rod mesh tray. The equipment is mounted on caster wheels for easy movement.
