Casing
Rust proof tough FRP Bottle type design can withstand high wind velocity and vibrations. It requires no painting and is compact in design with long life.
Filling
Honeycomb designed rigid PVC has extended surface area. It splits air and water, enhancing the cosntact time and heat transfer area by evaporation. PVC modules are vacuum formed and have been provided with double edges to give highly efficient and robust packing. It is the heart of cooling tower.
Fan
Aerodynamically designed adjustable blade type axial flow fan is highly efficient ensures large air flow at low static pressure and low noise levels.
Motor
Squirell-cage TEFC induction motor with IP55 weather proof electric motor suitable for humid outdoor conditions.
Distribution
Rotary aluminum alloy-sprinkler with sealed ball bearings is designed to take care of radial and thrust loads rotating at 5 to 7 R.P.M distributes water through PVC branch pipes. It sprays water on the PVC fills uniformally. SS-304 sprinklers are available on request.
