Features of Spraying Cleaner machine :
1. Combine each process forming a multiple booth clean machine group, highly automatic and able to work continuously in large quantity.
2.The spray system adopts an upload, download counter drifting transport.
3.Copying nozzle distribution washes the work-piece uniformly.
4.Adjacent processes are set with saddle drain board and fenced out with copying gate to prevent liquid blending between processes.
5.The liquor tank is designed as independent structure and some are set with insulation layer and glass fiber reinforced plastic lining in corresponding to the function of each section.
6.V nozzle provides with enough mechanical sweeping force on the surface of the work piece.
7i Auto-control temperature system can automatically control the temperature bath to ensure the process temperature.
