2. Fine stainless steel heat exchanger made with special technology, which is of long service life, high heat exchange efficiency. It adopted efficient high pressure rotary centrifugal blower, refreshing the inside the house air 270 times per hour, effectively cleaning the inside the house air.
3. The air flow inside the house flows slowly from upwards to downwards, ensuring the utilization rate of paint in spraying process while providing with a fine working circumstance without much floating paint stream.
4. The temperature inside the house can be adjusted freely. With low temperature heat air circulating baking, the paint film is of fine quality while it is energy saving, moreover rubber or plastic parts on the product would not deform due to over heated.
5. The whole baking process is automatic with inner temperature PID adjusting and large LED displaying which is visual and convenient.
6. Non-woven filtering cotton is adopted filtering the air in multiple grades, ensuring the spraying and baking processes is performed under highly clean environment eliminating dust pollution in the paint film.
