1. Medium efficiency filter media is widely used in coating industry and specially designed for the terminal filtration of paint spray booths. This filter media is made of anti-fracture synthetic fiber with high performance by the hot-melted non-woven.
2. The density of the synthetic fiber is progressive structured by the clean air way with higher filter efficiency and longer working life.
3. The adhesive impregnate the filter media so that make the dust and particle cannot be through in order to diffuse the filtered air equally and inform the laminar flow reaching the best paint and spray effect. The air outlet side is with the meshes to strengthen and longer the working life. In that case the filter efficiency and dust holding can be insured and firmed so that the pressure will not be high and the using and maintaining cost will be lower.
