Our range of Air Intake Filter is economical, environment-friendly and user-friendly. Air intake filter series is mainly used as general pre filtration in purification systems. This pre filter is the common filter media to filter the particles and suspended particulates which are a Y5I m. The filter efficiency is 40%, 65%, 80%, 90% at 5I m and conformed to EN779 standard G1, G2, G3 and G4. This filter media is made from synthetic thermobonded fibers with PET and PP.
Conditions of Usage:
Temperature: -10-120 degree; Humidity: a 80%; Filtering the slightly acidic or alkaline air.
Ways of Usage
The pre filter media can be cut and installed according to the air outlet size. And the filter media can be made into the panel filters, pleated filters, and pocket filters for using. After the treatment of water-proof, the pre filter media can be washable. With single pasted net and paper cube roll, the pre filter rolls can be used in the auto-roll filter unit.

Operating Life
At the condition of rated air velocity, pre filter media can be used for 1 to 2 months. When the pressure on the filter media has been up to 200Pa, the pre filter media should be replaced. If the filter media is washable, the replaced filter pad can be washed by clean water or neutral detergent. After being dried, the filter media can be installed again. When the filter media has been washed for two times, the filter media should be replaced.
