Jet Cooling is the Process of Cooling the Small Diameter Pin Which the Help of Force Cooling Agent Passed Through that Pin and Cooled the Surface Area. During the Process of die Casting the Molten Metal Force in to the Die With High Temperature and Pressure Due to Surface temperature of die increased. And Same Time the Hole Forming Pin Temperature Also Incrassated and at the Time of Solidification of Molten Metal Due to Temperature Difference the Shrinkage. Defect Occurs at Around the Pin Due to that the Porosity in the Casting to Avoid the Temperature Difference Force Cooling Agent Passed Trough the Pin and Trying to Maintain the Temperature Difference.
