Rajshri brand factory made 30mm thick door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tube of 19 gauge thickness and size of 25mmX25mm for all around. M.S frame shall have a coat of steel primer. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick High density EPS conforming to IS 4671-1984 bonded with 2mm thick termite-proof, water-proof and fire resistant moulded PVC rigid foam sheet in different plain, moulded and prelam colour on one or both faces using suitable adhevise suitable pressed after routing the moulded desighn on the EPS. The panel to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm wide PVC sheet batom (made by sticking 2 PVC rigid foam sheets of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement ) on the top and bottom sides and the vertical sides where the hinges are fitted and 60 mm wide PVC sheet batom ( made by sticking 5 pvc rigid foam sheets of 5mm thickness of 50 mm width and 2 PVC rigid foam sheets of 5mm thickness and 25mm width ) on the side opposite to where hinges are fitted etc. complected as per manufatures drawing and specification.
