Our provided Solid PFS (Polymeric Ferric Sulfate) is a polymer flocculant that can be promptly hydrolyzed to from a large number of positive polynuclear complex ions, which can neutralize surface charges of colloidal particles and effectively adsorb colloidal particles. The particles can be coagulated into alum flocs through the mechanism of adherency, bridging, crosslinking and furl. Then the purpose to purify water can be achieved after the sedimentation of these alum flocs.
Application:-
It is applied to the purification of drinking water, industrial water and urban wastewater. It can also be used as a pigment, medicine, catalyst and mordant.
Usage and Notes:-
1. The best process conditions and dosage of SS-1 polymer flocculant can be worked out by beaker experiment based on water qualities of different industries.
2. First, SS-1 polymer flocculant should be attenuated to aqueous solution. Then the prepared PFS solution can be used according to the result of beaker experiment. When the wastewater quantity is huge, the PFS solution can be directly added into the water. After a period of stirring, coagulating and setting, the water will be clear.
