We offer Micromod TrimPAK for boilers and heaters. Excess air in the combustion leads to wastage of fuel. O2 is measured online and the signal is fed to TrimPAK. Boiler pressure is also fed to the TrimPAK. TrimPAK gives output to blower and oil regulator in step less mode for steady pressure maintenance along with excess air control. This can also be used for solid fuel fired boilers and fluidized bed boilers. ID, FD, Secondary fans, fuel feeders are controlled by combustion controller through VFD / electro pneumatic actuated dampers. TrimPAK offers excellent payback.
