AGM Solar Road Stud, also known as cat eyes, is a solar-powered lighting system that helps reduce accidents at regional rail crossings, intersections, and provides guidance and hazard warning to drivers in darkness and bad weather. Working Principle of Solar Road Stud Light:
During the day, solar panels absorb sunlight and convert it into electrical energy, which is stored in energy storage devices. At night, the electrical energy in the energy storage devices is automatically converted into light energy and emitted by LEDs. The bright flashing LEDs are highly effective at getting the attention of drivers much earlier than conventional road studs.

Installation Method of Raised Solar Road Stud:
To install, carefully mark the distance between each solar road stud light, and use a proper tool such as Core Drill to drill a 35mm and 55mm deep hole.
Remove all debris from the hole, pour epoxy into the holes per manufacturer's instruction, and verify that the installation hole is straight.
Set the lighting surface of the solar road stud to the desired viewing angle, and verify that the epoxy is evenly adhering to the installation hole and solar marker shaft.
After curing the LED solar road stud for 6-8 hours, remove the installation of the isolation facility.
Recommended Spacing:
The recommended spacing between each solar road stud varies based on its application. For highways and expressways, it is 7-8 yards (5-6 meters). For dangerous entrances and exits, it is 4-5 yards (2-3 meters), and for access or exit ways for hospitals, parking lots, etc., it is 0.5-3 yards (0.5-2 meters). The spacing between each solar stud also depends on your actual application requirements, and the above values are for reference only.
