5a Character: Ita s colorless transparent crystal or white crystalline powder. The relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 880a . Ita s easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It will weather in dry air and lose crystal water in 100a . It easily absorbs water to deliquesce in air.
6a Usage: It is used as quality improver, regulator of PH value, chelating agent, emulsifier and binder in food industry. It also can be used in the processing of baking powder and cheese.
7a Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8a Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilate warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport, unload with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
