Application:
Caustic soda is used as a raw material in the manufacture of soaps, detergents, textiles and paper. And likewise, in water softening and treatment, drilling mud in oil field, refining petroleum products, and washing beer and soft drink bottles. In food and drug industry, it is used as acidity regulator, alkali, impregnants pigment.

Property:
Pure anhydrous sodium hydroxide is white translucent, crystalline solid. Solid sodium hydroxide has strong moisture absorption, it is easily mixed with water and release heat. There is a strong corrosive, water absorption, can be used as desiccant. Not dry sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen chloride gas.
