Key Features
Used as the efficient water softener of cold water treatment in power plant, locomotive vehicle, boiler and fertilizer plant, the auxiliaries of detergent, the medicament to control and guard against corrosion, cement hardening accelarato, streptomycin purifying agent and detergent of fiber industry and bleaching industry.
In oil industry, it is used to prevent the rust on dilling pipe and to adjust to the viscosity of rise serum when drilling.
It is also used in department in printing and dyeing, tannage, paper making, color films, soil analysis, radiation chemistry and analysis chemistry etc.
To carry out the neutralization reaction combining soda ash or caustic soda liquor and phosphoric acid, then heat it up to 250c to get sodium metophosphate. Then heat it up to 620c to melt and assemble to crystal. Eventually, we get it by shock cooling and rolling sheet(compressing granule).
