The fully automatic collar type form fill & sealing Machine is an intermittent machine designed for efficient packing of product in pouches.
Ease of operation and maintenance
It can be synchronized with any automatic weighing/filling system and is suitable for product like powders & granules i.e. cornflakes, chips, rice, flour, salt, sugar, mehandi, ready to eat snacks. etc.
The machine is suitable for all type of heat sealable laminated films such as polyester polythene laminated film, aluminum foil, BOPP etc.
The machine is versatile and can easily change over from one size to another.
All contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS 304/316.
Pouch repeat can easily be adjusted from 25 mm to 400 mm.
This machine can be incorporated with hot foil coding device, ink coding device & emboss coding device to print information such as PKD, M RP, B.N. etc.
