PHOENIXWELD SJ101A is a versatile flux which meets a variety of general welding applications, like mild steel, structural steel. The sharp V-Notch test results exceed 34J (ftA.lbf) @ -40 A C pair with suitable wire. It features excellent weld properties, easy slag removal, good bean appearance, insensitive to rust and mill scale.
Typical Applications: Multi-purpose flux, widely used to mild steel, structural steel
Attention:-
Re-dry flux at 300-350a (572-662A F) for 60 mins before welding.
Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants to obtain excellent weld deposit.
In condition of multi-layer welding, Low current and welding speed are required in backing welding of groove welding.
Package:-
Fluxes are packed in 25KG moisture repellent bags, 25KG drums, 400KG bulk bag.
