Deep sintering furnace is an indigenous product which not only gives satisfactory results at optimum power consumption but also maintains lower operational cost. The subdivision of furnace unit in to separate zones for heating and cooling, makes it particularly suitable for sintering processes. Temperature of each zone in the furnace is controlled independently & uniformly by digital temperature controllers. The furnace is provided with an electro-mechanical or pneumatic pusher mechanism for continuous feeding of material from charging towards discharging end, passing through different zones.
