Parts

Cabinet: M.S. strong 10mm steel fabricated structure duly reinforced to avoid vibration, and its precisely machined to maintain accuracy. Arrow-32 base is specially designed to accommodate more chip area.

Spindle: Main spindle is made of case hardened steel from forgings & precisely hardened and ground to maintain 5 micron accuracy. All threads are grounded, imported bearings are used in spindle assembly. Arrow 32 spindle designed for bearings to withstand heavy load.

Guide Shafts: These shafts are duly hardened & ground and hard chrome done for increased life.

Slides: All moving slides are made of spheroid graphite iron, and machined & scrapped to avoid frequent wear & tear.
