Parts
Cabinet: M.S. strong 16 mm steel fabricated structure duly reinforced for avoiding vibration and its precisely machined to maintain accuracy.

Spindle: Main spindle is made up of case hardened steel from forgings & precisely hardened and ground to maintain 5 micron accuracy. All threads are grounded, imported bearings are used in spindle assembly.

Guide Shafts: These guide shafts are hardened, ground and hard chrome for increased life.

Vertical Slide & Cross Slides: All moving slides are made of spheroid graphite iron, and machined & scrapped to avoid frequent wear & tear.

Barfeed System: Specially designed silent barfed system with weight operated provided for smooth running and avoiding noise.

Electricals: All electrical are reputed make and free from maintenance.
