Construction:
In this machine threshing rotor and blowers are mounted on same shafts. Required Input RPM to the threshing shaft is given by belt and pulley drive from the input power unit eg. Tractor/motor or engine. . There are two blowers mounted one is for suction and throwing chopped waste and second is for fine cleaning of the output grain. Body of very heavy gauge welded steel plates with the following features.

Drum: Rasp bars made from hardened EN-8 material for longer life
CONCAVE: Made from polish square steel bars for better threshing without damaging seeds.
Aspiration: Precisely adjustable air flow with high performance fan.
Undercarriage: Two large 6.00 X 16 tyres on a single axle made from 40 mm square bar ensures easy movement on road and field. Also jacks are provided in the front to adjust towing height for tractor towing.
Options:
Drive : Normally machines are supplied with tractor driven attachment but upon request it can be mounted on diesel engine or electrical motor drive.

Back Side Blower :
This feature helps to throw waste /residuals away from thresher operating area on the back side. This helps protecting tractor / Engine radiators from blocking due to straw going in because wind direction change while working.
