Application technique
a) Treatment fluid preparation:
i. In order to avoid foam and uneven situation in the coating, AP-2046 use xylene or toluene to dilute to the require moisture volume, the hardening content of treatment fluid is not the same in different using and hardening condition, usually the water content should be adjust to 15-20%.
ii. After it is completely dissolved, mix according to percent by weight: 100 shares AP-2046A and 2 shares AP-2046B.
b) Hardening: the actual curing depends on different base material, and use different heating method, but the typical curing time is 140-160a for 15min.
c) Longevity of treatment fluid: the life span of undiluted raw liquor (add curing agent) in room temperature is over 24 hours; if dilute to 20% of the hardening content, the longevity of treatment fluid is more than one week in room temperature.
