GHOSH Sieve Shaking Machine is ideally suited for carrying out sieve analysis of different materials in dry conditions.
The body of Sieve Shaking Machine is made of stainless steel with powder coating and the base is made of Cast Iron with powder coating .The side stick is made up of stainless steel for clamping the sieves conjugately.Top rotating plate is made of cast iron complete with arrangement for fixing 8"[200 mm] sieves with lid and receiver.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION FOR GHOSH MAKE SIEVE-SHAKER , GYRATORY and ROTAP TYPE
The equipment consists of the following:
1.An inclined sieve table
2.Top clamping plate or adopter
3.A time switch
4.Wing nuts or tightening screw
5.An on a off swich

Procedure:
a cPour the sample in the upper sieve and fix the test sieves as per requirement between the adopter along with lid and pan and carefully tight them by wing nuts
a cConnect the motor to the main and ON the switch
a cSet the time-by-time switch as per the requirement
a cAfter elapsing of the fixed time the motor will automatically stop
a cLoose the wing nuts and open the upper clamping plate for taking out the sieves
a cTake out the sample from the sieves and keep the sieved sample in proper container
