Shrink Wrap Machine Shrink tunnel features a rugged and effective conveyor system.
Shrink Tunnel - Shrink Wrap Machine is built with 360 air delivery system for outstanding shrink packaging performance. Shrink Tunnel is supplied with casters for easy placement and leveling feet to adjust to the height of the conveyor which enables level transfer from the sealer system.
Features
- The Shrink Tunnel conveyor system is either chain and silicone rollers or stainless steel mesh belt.
- Shrink Tunnel conveyor drive is D.C. permanent magnet variable speed control.
- The roller conveyor system can be changed externally from live to dead rollers depending on films being processed.
- Shrink tunnel conveyor is driven by a 1/4 H.P. D.C. motor controlled by a S.C.R. drive control.
- Shrink tunnel circulating fan is of cast aluminum mounted on a 1" sealed ball bearing.
- Shrink tunnel heating capacity is 4 TO 8 KW.
- Tunnel Size : 14"(W) x 8"(H) x 20"(L)
- Installed Power : 6 Kw/Hr.
