Our Sheet Extrusion Lines are available in various sizes and specifications. These Sheet Extrusion Lines combine the abilities of extruder, calendar, winder and electric control console to assist in the fabrication of plastic sheets of PP, PS, HIPS, and others. Our vertical 3-roll calendar units incorporate hardened alloy steel made polish rolls that are assembled on a robust support frame. These machines integrate helicoidally controlled internal cooling chambers that facilitate in equal circulation of thermo-regulated cooling fluid. We make use of corrosion proof forged alloy steel and advanced CAD systems for offering chrome plated dies with rheological properties & polished flow surfaces. Our machines come attached with rectangular section inlets for multi-layer sheets and convenient lip outlet to ensure optimum control over thickness.
