The PL-KDSPS-HS offers exhilarating performance in high pile direct shearing function. with pure Pai Lung refinement in combining the general loop shearing technology,and high production ability,now available with either a loop length of more than 12 mm or a multi feeder system.The KDSPS-HP is generally equipped with the single track on the dial and cylinder,smooth cam surfaces,two yarn feeding system in loop and ground stitches are all suitable for the high pile structure in knit processing. the high quality of the machine frame help to reach the heavy loading in fabric roll up to 100kg of blanket Grey fabric roll. The machine has the double jersey knitting structure with sinker knife and press plate in horizontal movement. the cutter on the cylinder forms the loop and the dial needles makes the ground fabric.By sinker knife acting,the loop are able to cut very evenly on the fabric.The principle of the sinker knife operation which can be effective in reaching the result of cost down in comparison to the needle knife used on the pile cutting models in the market.Moreover,the highest feeder number function has the best advantage as compared to the current low feeder and low productivity pile cutting system machines. The PL-KDSPS-HS high pile application can be for industrial,blankets,man made fur apparels, and toys.
