Torque potentiometer is provided in control panel to set appropriate analog torque as per cap diameter. This machine is also much suitable for 5 liter containers.

VFD is used to vary conveyor speed as per production line requirement.

CAP feeding through hopper via CAP shoot. NO CAP NO BOTTLE feeding.

Capping Speed: 45-50 BPM (1 liter bottle) & 30-35BPM (5 liter)

Input Supply a 230VAC Power Consumption: 500watts max.

Air Consumption a 10CFM at 6 bars only.
