All services providers, of services listed in Appendix 10 of HBPv`, who have free foreign exchange earnings at least Rs.10 lacs in preceding financial year/ current financial year shall be entitled to Duty Credit Script equivalent to 10% of free foreign exchange earned during the current financial year. The objective of the scheme is to accelerate growth in export of services.
The Duty Credit Scrip may be used for import of any capital goods including spares, office equipment and professional equipments, office furniture and consumable, except vehicles, that are otherwise freely importable and / or restricted under ITC (HS). Imports shall relate to any service sector business of applicant.
