With an object to incentive export of high export intensity / employment potential products, exports of notified Products, as per Appendix 37D of HBPvI to all countries including SEZ Units excepts products covered under Table 2 and 5 of Appendix 37 D which shall be entitled for 5% of FOB value, shall be entitled for Duty Credit Scrip equivalent to 2% of FOB value of exports w.e.f. 27.8.09.
