Semi automatic cutting machine has been designed to meet the wants of brick plants of heavy clay capacity requiring a perfect bricks of different sizes. It can cut 10 to 20 bricks at a time. It consists of a column cutter and a multi-wire cutter .The first operation consisted of cutting of extruded clay column to a fixed length manually. The cut column is forced through a set of parallel wires and cut into bricks of required dimensions by a mechanical pusher arm driven by heavy-duty gear-motor. The machine is designed for easy operation and easy handling. It requires only minimum maintenance. The position of wires can be conveniently adjusted to cut brick of different sizes. A specially designed cutting wire changing system helps to improve the production time in case breakage of wire. This machine is compatible to automated production line.
