The frames are produced from superior quality, high tensile, certified, hot dipped galvanized steel (procedure Sendzimir), and therefore ensuring higher durability. All structural components are manufactured by using high tensile steels which is certified in accordance to the EN 10204 3.1 standards. Further, the frames are assembled using threaded screws and rivets that allow easy & quick assembly as well as provide utmost connection rigidity between uprights & frame bracing components.

At the point of maximum stress, the beams are profiled section with quadruple flange thickness for high loading capability. There is a channel that runs along the top face of the beam, it provides a lip into which variety of components such as modular shelf panels, drum cradles, and secondary beams, etc. can be inserted. Beams with double sided and riveted beam connectors very well distinguish themselves by an optimized upright/ beam connection, featuring optimum level of mechanical precision in terms of beam length & position of the connector. Wide load capacity options are available so as to ensure cost efficiency.

Specially designed for heavy loads, the Superbuild series satisfies all pallet racking & drive-in requirements. Moreover, his system is also compatible with the Unibuild series & comes in three variants with load bearing capacities ranging from 7.5 to 15 tons. It is the geometry of upright section that provides technical characteristics way superior to the traditional C section.

All components are made from 3.1B (EN 10204) certified high-tensile structural steel. All frame components are galvanized with the sendzimir procedure, and thus guarantee high corrosion resistance.
