All safeties and cut outs are to be wired in series and to be connected to terminal (1). When supply is provided to the terminal Phase (1), The Controller will go through the following sequence of operation.Blower at terminal (10) is switched on. The controller will now wait for the ignition (8 sec.) at terminal (4). After Ignition ON, the controller will switch ON Oil Valve in 2 sec at terminal (7).If flame is sensed by the flame sensor (LDR) at Terminal (11 & 12), Ignition will be switched off and controller will monitor the flame there on.If flame is not sensed within 12 seconds since the start of Ignition, the controllers will go to Lockout condition. When in lockout, the Alarm is switched at terminal (9) and all other outputs will be switched off. The power at Terminal (1) to be switched OFF to reset the controller.If there is power on terminal (1) and still supply indicator on the controller is OFF, check the fuse on the Base. Please provide 3A fuse if it is blown off. Higher rating fuse may damage the controller.All the controllers are tested after assembly, and are supplied with one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Acceptance of the warranty claims lies with us.
