Principles of Operation
- Super Pre Cleaner has been designed for pre cleaning of grains.
- SPC-30 is equipped with drum sieve, one scalping screen & four layers of screens.
- ALPSCO's highly efficient pre and after suction system is installed for extracting light impurities from the material both at the machine inlet and outlet. The pre and after suction waste, dust and light weight trash are collected in a chamber and conveyed to machine outlet by a discharge screw conveyor. This is equipped with flap airlock system to prevent false air.
- Built-in special rotary drum sieve offers high quality grading of grain. It removes straws, stones, etc.
- The scalping screen separates the coarse impurities. The next two rows of pre screens separate oversize material and the two rows of screens separate undersize material.
- The screens are fitted in specially designed wooden ball frames. These screens are kept clean by specially designed rubber balls which bounce in between the screens and ball frames.
- The wooden boxes are specially designed for easy changing of screens.
- The screens are selected according to the material to be cleaned.
- All the shutters and valves can be adjusted & controlled.
- Low power consumption when compared to the capacity.
