GRAIN FEEDER FOR RICE

ALPSCO grain feeders are manufactured in five different sizes. The grain feeders are designed for continuous and trouble free operations. They are supplied in easy- to-assemble modular sections.
Tension Terminal :The sprocket wheel is mounted on ball bearings in a saddle plate so that the tightening of chain can be easily done even during
operation.
Drive Terminal :The wheel is mounted on ball bearings. The drive unit is provided with flexible pulley & geared motor. Out let hopper is also
provided.
Chain : The grain feeder chain is manufactured from special steel. Chain bush & pins are hardened for long durability. Return idlers are fitted for
gentle running of chain. Polyurethane flights are fitted with chain.
Intermediate Section (Casing) The casing is of modular design. The casing is joined with jointing plate to ensure tight 8: flush fitting with
internal wall.
Outlets & lnlets :The grain feeder is provided with outlet spout. All the grain feeders can be fitted with number of outlets & inlets according to
the requirement.
