Section Bending Machine - Pyramid Type Design | Versatile For Cold Bending, Accurate Coiling, Adjustable Rolls

Section Bending Machine manufactured by us is a very versatile pyramid type machine, widely used in fabrication shops. It can cold bend and coil pipes, tubes and most other sections like 'l' beams, 'H' beams, unequal angles, channels, half pipes, flats, solid bars etc. For making good circular rings of any diameter from any of these sections, this machine has no substitute.
These machines are of very sturdy construction. Operation is simple and fast. Accurate coiling and bending is achieved with minimum labour.

CONSTRUCTION
The three roll machines are pyramid type. Two rolls have fixed axes. These two rolls are power driven. The third roll is adjustable as to its distance from the fixed rolls. This roll can also be power driven. The third roll adjustment is power actuated and push button controlled.
The main drive to fixed axis rolls is through a high capacity gearbox.
The main frame is an extremely robust and strong structure. It is properly designed with well proportioned members and reinforcements.
The electric control panel is mounted on the side of the machine. The standard electrical circuit consists of forward-reverse control, bending motor controls, roll travel limit switch and indicator lamps. A separate floor mounted control panel is available against specific requirement.
For bending very small or thin walled work piece, the adjustable roll has to be power driven, which can be offered against specific requirement.
