Sag Control

We are indulged in producing and exporting of Sag Control to our consumers. It is of contactless type, installed at the middle point of catenary curve, pressure resistance is 2.0 MPa.
There are transmitting coil and receiving coil at each side getting the deviation signal to control lower caterpillar to keep the cable in the middle position of heating part pipe.
The sag has either manual adjusting board or process calculation in the drive.
Adopt imported parts as the circuit board parts, and powerful calculation module to keep sag function stable, the signal no deteriorated and zero point no change.
The sag working position is shown in the touch screen, cabinet, sag control case to monitor cable position at any time.
Easy to adjust sag, multimeter adjusting instead by oscillogragh.
The maintenance of sag only by the personnel who has the electrical ground no need special personnel.
The transmitting frequency of sag is 127 kHz, low frequency and narrow frequency range with the features of strong magnetic interference.
