Our Water Based Rc-10 Rust Convertor Is The Only Product That Stop And Prevent Process Of Rusting On Metal. It Can Be Applied Directly Without Removing The Existing Rust And Does Not Require Phosphating, Sand/Shot Blasting. It Can Be Applied On Both New As Well As Rusted Metal. It Converts The Existing Rust Into A Magnetite, Which Is Passive In Nature And Forms A Tight Film On The Metal Which Acts As An Immpermeable Barrier Between The Metal Surface And The Atmosphere. It Also Gives Cathodic Protection.
Our Rc-10 Has A Neutral Ph Value. Therefore It Is Non-Toxic, Non-Flammable And Weldable With A Long Shelf-Life. It Is A Single Pack System Which Has A Very Good Compatibility With Any Top Coat Paint. No Surface Preparation Like Sand Blasting Is Required. Just Remove Loose Rusts By Wire Brush. Touch Dry In 30 Minutes And Hard Dry In 60 Minutes. The Coverage You Get Per Kg Is 150-180 Sq. Ft. Per Coat On Flat Surface. The Coverage For Rebars Is 2 To 4 Kg Per Mt.
